Description

This classic 1919 Cincinnati Reds yearbook, titled "Official Players Souvenir," dates from the year of the scandal. The unusual "window design" of the cover (featuring Cincinnati manager Pat Moran), the significance of the year of issue, as well as its rarity and display value, all combine to make this one of the key early baseball publications. Interior pages include tinted portraits and short biographies of each team member. 46 pages. The softcover book has been professionally bound in red cloth-covered boards, with the title and year stamped on both the cover and spine. In apparent Excellent condition.
